Who we are
This website, hollowsoulstudios.com, is run by Hollow Soul Studios. You can reach us at support@hollowsoulstudios.com. Our company details are on the imprint page.
No cookies, no tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or social media embeds. The fonts are hosted on this website itself, so your browser does not contact Google or any other font service. Because nothing is tracked, there is no cookie banner.
Your theme choice
If you use the light or dark theme switch, your browser remembers the choice in its local storage on your device. It is never sent to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks, Cloudflare necessarily processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type. We have not switched on any analytics or visitor statistics, and we do not use this data to identify you. Game downloads are served from downloads.hollowsoulstudios.com, also through Cloudflare. When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in your message. We use it only to reply to you, and we keep it only as long as needed to handle your question.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you may ask us to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, such as an email you sent us. Write to support@hollowsoulstudios.com. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
